This thesis addresses the development of managerial competencies in the design and communication agency Revolta, focusing on identifying and strengthening key skills in planning, management, teamwork, and multicultural competence. The main problem investigated is the lack of a structured training program that addresses the necessary competencies to improve the agency's efficiency and effectiveness in a dynamic and multicultural environment. The research objective was to design a training program that enhances the managerial competencies of the agency's members, based on a thorough analysis of current competencies using qualitative measurement tools such as document reviews and direct observation. The study subjects included all members of the agency, forming a multidisciplinary team with diverse characteristics, particularly in terms of cultural and professional backgrounds. The method used was based on the integration of qualitative data from different sources, allowing for triangulation of information that reinforces the validity of the findings. The main instruments included thematic analysis of interviews and observation records, as well as self assessment surveys. The main findings revealed significant deficiencies in team dynamics management and cultural sensitivity, negatively impacting collaboration and the effectiveness of marketing strategies in multicultural contexts. A high level of significance was observed in the correlation between the lack of regular evaluations and the decrease in team cohesion. In conclusion, the implementation of a training program focused on managerial competencies is essential to improving the agency's effectiveness. It is recommended to adopt regular evaluations and promote a culture of continuous feedback to strengthen both team dynamics and cultural sensitivity, which in turn will contribute to the agency's success in global markets.es_MX
